About Common Ground Iskandar Space
Common Ground Iskandar Space (CGIS) is located in the heart of Iskandar Puteri and strategically located for both locals and visitors, within an hour’s drive from Singapore (via the Coastal Highway Southern Link) or Changi Airport as well as Senai International Airport which is about 25 minutes drive away.
CGIS is built in a Tier 2 MSC-certified office building on Medini 6, positioned amongst a varied mix of F&B outlets, retailers and amenities with surrounding landmarks such as Legoland, Mall of Medini, Sunway Big Box and Eco Botanic by EcoWorld.
The contemporary-styled coworking venue spans across two floors with 14,500 square feet of space. Approximately 290 seats will be available across a mix of hot desks, fixed desks and private offices which will be further facilitated with meeting rooms, call booths, event spaces and lounge settings.
