Payment, Membership Deposit & Refund Policy

  • Full upfront payment required upon confirmation of the bundle to CG Sales team.

  • No refunds will be given once payment has been completed.

  • Membership deposit required and is additional to membership fees listed above

    • Virtual Office Premium – RM380

    • Virtual Office Regular – RM350

    • Virtual Office Lite Premium – RM300

    • Virtual Office Lite – RM270

    Membership deposit is refundable upon expiry of membership. Refer to Terms and Conditions for more details.


Delivery Terms & Fees

  • There is a 1-2 weeks lead time for manufacturing and delivery upon order confirmation and payment, depending on stock availability at bristol.

  • Flat rate delivery fee of RM50/chair for local delivery within Klang Valley (MCO)

  • Flat rate delivery fee of RM150/chair for delivery to Penang and Johor (MCO)

  • Delivery available for selected areas only. Click for Delivery Locations.

  • Free delivery is only available during Non-MCO.


Product Warranty and Exchanges

  • 5 years product warranty is provided for bristol furniture.

  • All bristol products are delivered with warranty tags attached. Please ensure you keep the warranty tags in a safe place.

  • All claims for defects and exchange require the warranty tags.
